If you’re looking for fresh, delicious sushi at an unbeatable price, this spot is a must-try! The rolls are massive, the fish is super fresh, and you get incredible value for what you pay. On my first visit, I got a California roll and sashimi, while the person I was with ordered two eel rolls. With sodas included, our total was only $50—pretty amazing for the amount and quality of sushi we got! On another visit, I tried their lunch special, which included two classic JB rolls and a soda for just $14. You really can’t beat the prices, especially considering how good everything tastes. Definitely a hidden gem for sushi lovers looking for great food without breaking the bank!

The outside is pretty unassuming but the inside is cozy and warm. The waitress, while being the only one in the place, was quick to greet us, seat us, and give us our menus! Sweet, a bit of brine, awesome. We ordered the snow white roll, some soup, a hand roll, some hamachi, and the shishito peppers. Everything came out fairly quick and super flavorful. Our tea glasses were never empty for long and even with a surprise final roll, we didn't spend that much. I'd highly recommend coming here if you are in this part of Coral Springs, FL.

I ordered the beef teriyaki bento box, chicken fried rice and a side of sushi rice. The beef was overcooked which made it hard to chew and it was cold along with the spring roll and gyoza. The fried rice was amazing, great flavor no need to add anything. Although the vegetables were cold from the teriyaki beef, it also had great flavor. I still give the place a 4 out of 5, the sushi rice was perfect for my musubi made at home. It has a seasoned but very settle rice wine vinegar flavor.

5 Stars – A Hidden Gem That Deserves the Spotlight

As a sushi connoisseur with over 30 years of experience exploring sushi spots big and small—from the bustling metropolises to quiet seaside towns—I'm telling you straight: Fiji Sushi is something truly special.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warmth that’s hard to find these days. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and quietly elegant. It’s a small, quaint space—perfect for a peaceful meal—but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in quality and heart.

Now, let’s talk about Wen. This woman is the soul of the place. Her service is beyond exceptional—attentive, kind, and always with a smile. You feel like family the moment she greets you. It’s not just customer service, it’s genuine hospitality.

The prices? Just right. Fair and reasonable, especially for the quality you’re getting. The presentation of each dish is pure art, and the flavors? Impeccable. Fresh, vibrant, balanced—this is sushi made with care, skill, and pride.

If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and give Fiji Sushi a visit. I’ve eaten at sushi spots all over the world, but this one has a special place in my heart.

I'm pleasantly surprised. This is the first time I'm ordering from this establishment, aside for the fact that my food wasn't ready on time ( it looks like they were overwhelmed with all the orders which was possibly due to their good ratings) I enjoyed the food overall. I was surprised at the hefty portion of the chicken fried rice for the price. I also ordered a California roll and fried salmon skin sushi I believe it's called. I am not a fan of the fried salmon skins it was a new dish for me and I really didn't know how to eat it since it was all rolled into a large seaweed peice. I didn't know if I needed to cut it up if I needed to eat it all together as in finger food, I just didn't get it. The fried rice was beautifully presented and it was very flavorful and the chicken was seasoned. The California roll was fresh as well. I was really hungry so I ate up the food without pics, I will be ordering from this establishment again and will post pictures with an update. I also appreciated how the employees had their mask on and encouraged...

What a gem! My husband found this place while searching for a sushi restaurant with nonfish options for me. The interior is small but adorable with the booths like houses. The staff is very friendly and nice and the food was excellent. They have an awesome buffet option for sushi and hibachi foods but it's better than a normal buffet! You mark down what you want on a sheet as many times as you want and they freshly prepare each order as you want it so there is no gross contamination issues like a normal buffet where food has been set odessert t forever and people have been sneezing on it, etc. This is a brilliant idea. For $18 my husband got a miso soup, an appetizer platter with spring rolls, tempura chicken, gyoza and tempura shrimp and veggies, as much sushi of any variety he wanted that he could eat and a tempura banana dessert. I got the hibachi steak bento box and it was delicious. So happy to find a sushi place we can both enjoy and we...
