I went to this location after purchasing a groupon the past October. The staff and doctor were wonderful. I called again this month (Feb) inquiring how much those services would be. We spoke about the price and also they touched on that fact I used a groupon and can use it at another location. I confirmed this twice- so I purchased the groupon for Ft Lauderdale. Upon making my appt the gal at FL, told me NO I could not use. Someone at Coral Springs made a huge mistake in telling me that. She then said to call Groupon to dispute. and said Good bye. Really?!?! So it's not your problem...so adios..you've been inconvenienced and I don't care. Is the tone she gave me.
I called back Coral Springs speaking to the customer specialist manager (I think that is what the guy called her) only for Jasmine (I believe that's her name) to assure me FL made an error and she was getting to the bottom if and would all me right back. 3 hrs later no call. I phoned again only to be told it was escalated to the highest manager level and I would personally get a call back from a Manager or herself by the end of the day. Well, 3 days later....NO CALL. They gave me false information not 1 bt 2 times, I spent almost $500. I'm getting married in 2 weeks and needless to say am very busy working over 40 hrs a week, planning a wedding, now I have to hunt down my money. When all is smooth and they get their money you are treated kindly, otherwise you're just a bother. I will NEVER go there again as their true colors shine through when there is an issue, an issue made BY THEM. I will also post this on every location on google. They claim their Groupon policy is company (which policy, btw..) so this will go...
Read moreI never ever write reviews, however I had a really bad experience and felt the need to share.
I was referred her by a friend and got 50 units of Dysport. I have been getting Dysport and Fillers for many years and Dysport will usually last me about 4-5 months before needing it again. I got it done at Liquidvida Coral Springs and within 3 weeks it was completely GONE. I called and spoke to Justin and he managed to get me in to see the injector. I showed her my results and she was in shock to see how my Dysport did not work at all... She kept flipping through my chart looking to see if there was some mistake and we both couldn't understand what had happened. She said their policy is if something like this happens they can do "12 complimentary units of Dysport" however I would need more. The injector did the 12 units, and I paid an additional fee to have another 12 units to make sure everything was smooth and "frozen". This was Saturday. On MONDAY, I had full movement. I could not believe this.... I called to speak to a manager. The manager called me and said he would talk to "people in the back office and call me back the following day" and never called me back. The friend who referred me is also having this issue with her Dysport.
I understand things happen.. but a manager should be accountable to fix things when the product does not work like it is suppose to. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning back. I do not trust any of the products here after this experience. They lost a...
Read morePoor Corporate Customer Service! Despite best efforts of local outlet manager, Corporate handling of matter leads to 1 star...would give Zero if possible! Purchased 100 units of dysport--which us usually sufficient for results--but followed recommendation of technician to try Botox instead. I was told its a "3-to-1" ratio, so I should have received 33 units. Found out later that I only received 30 units...and that was after being charged an additional $40 "because we used botox..." Showing NO results after 2 weeks, I got an appointment approximately 5 weeks after original treatment. Clearly, they could have just injected saline solution, with the result being evident, after an initial $200 outlay. In trying to get satisfaction on the original botched treatment, the best I was offered by Corporate was to to buy 100 units--again--at the "same groupon price" of approximately $2/unit...though 100 units was being offered on groupon for $156...SUCH A DEAL, Corporate! I'm aware that merchants receive only a portion of the amount paid to groupon, so its incredibly perplexing and frustrating to understand the position on a customer service issue by Corporate. The "math" on the "switch" didn't make sense, nor does the fact that Corporate basically wants to ignore the total lack of results. Strange way to build a satisfied...
