China Town — Restaurant in Coral Springs

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered from China Town and when the driver showed up and knocked on the door. I told him one moment while I was rushing to dry off my 16 month old son after giving him a bath. The driver stood inside my house at my front door ranting and raving about his money. I went to pay for the food and he took the food and stormed out of my house, after waiting 3-4 minutes tops. I then called the location and explained the situation. The lady that answered the phone called the driver and she explained to me that the driver will not give me the food and will not delivery to me anymore. I explained to her that I am the customer and I was nice to him and have done nothing wrong. She explained to me that she cant make him delivery to me and if I want to order from them again I would have to pickup my food. I cannot believe that a driver has this type of influence over the restaurant. I also cannot believe that they would rather lose a customer then rectify...

I ordered sparerib combo and a quart of mixed soup. When the driver showed up I checked my order and they sent wonton soup not mixed soup. I called the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone was arguing with me stating i ordered wonton soup not mixed soup. The women finally told me to give the driver the soup and pay the bill and she will send him back with the soup on his next delivery. The driver took the soup and the money and never came back. I called the restaurant after the driver left I checked out the food and the ribs where dry and tough like rubber. I then called the restaurant and explained what was wrong with the food and the women told me they will not delivery to me anymore nor will they bring the soup back that I paid for. Ok so we walked inside and not one of the 5 workers greeted us for about 5 minutes. The lady checked her phone before even saying anything to me. I said "Hello?" She finally acknowledged me. Customer service: ❌ That's where I took the star off from. The food✅: We had the the bubble teas. Tried 3 different types. All were delicious and had limes in them. Very cute. The ramen 🍜 we tried different types as well. The chicken, and pork. Delicious broth and very well presented! Loved the red bag it came in and the chop sticks in a bag too. 3 ramen soups and 3 bubble teas came out to 70 bucks! Beware of the cost 💰. All in all good food but needs work on customer service especially with the prices were paying. Not all of us know what we're ordering so it's nice when a worker explains a little to us.
