I recently visited this Five Below location, and I have to say it was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. The store was in complete disarray — aisles were cluttered, shelves were messy, and merchandise was scattered all over the place. It genuinely looked like no one had cleaned or organized the store in days, maybe even weeks. The level of mess made it not just unappealing but also unsafe to walk through certain areas without tripping over misplaced items or carts.
What stood out even more was the total absence of customer service. There were several employees in the store, but none of them were available to help customers. Every single one seemed entirely focused on one task — putting up Christmas displays — while the rest of the store looked like a disaster zone. It made absolutely no sense that they were decorating for the holidays when the store itself was in such poor condition. There was no sense of urgency, pride, or teamwork; it felt like no one cared about the customer experience at all.
The self-checkout area was another major issue. No one was monitoring it, and it honestly looked like anyone could have walked out with their items without being noticed. That lack of oversight speaks volumes about how poorly managed this location is. It’s shocking that a store in this condition is even open to the public.
Overall, the entire visit was extremely disappointing. Between the filthy conditions, disorganized shelves, absence of staff assistance, and complete lack of management presence, I cannot recommend this Five Below to anyone. It desperately needs a deep cleaning, better organization, and leadership that actually cares about maintaining a safe and welcoming environment...
Read moreThe bathroom seem to be out of order literally all the time I go to this store. I literally went to this store every other day to buy things for a party and the bathrooms are out of order. Back during Christmas time while Christmas shopping for a few days at this store the bathrooms were also out of order. So your meaning to tell us customer's that the bathrooms are out of order every single day since December 2022?! That's a shame and actually against the law, talk about major lawsuits that can take place for this... district manager "Paula" needs to get to the bottom of this before she too gets in trouble... JS

Read moreAt 7:34pm Sunday night I purchased 6 items and went home with only 4. This was after I began to ring up my own items and a male ran to ring them up for me since it’s “protocol”. Being that as I may I was better off bagging my own belongings since 2 of my items were missing. Coming in tomorrow morning expecting a refund I rather not do business with at an establishment with erratic workers. I rather not have the items I don’t care for it anymore I don’t appreciate the extra frustration that wasn’t close to needed. LET US BAG OUR OWN ITEMS!!! At every location from now on I’ll either refuse or just never shop with this...
