I had purchased a couple of pillows that were later deemed were too firm. I originally just wanted to find something less firm. I was instructed that my exchange would have to be the same Brand of pillow? Which, I don't think I've ever heard of that. But, my biggest gripe would be the service person whom helped us, Paris, seemed to not care how long the line was and allowed about 6 to 8 people line up before helping her co-worker, and was a bit off putting, almost borderline rude. Was speaking to me like I was dumb for wanting to leave my exchange up at the service desk because the Casper pillow boxes don't even fit in their tiny carts, and questioning the ability to be able to exchange for a different brand of pillow because they only carry medium to firm in that brand. When I questioned her, she said, "Oh no, that's the wrong price." And proceeded to give me the total with the incorrect price. I told her to forget the pillow then. She then stood there while I waited for her to continue. I asked, "Are you going to scan the 20% off coupon?" She said, "Oh yeah, I forgot." She was so rude to me.
