Just had a really awesome experience here and wanted to give my story :) Imagine, you have to figure out something quick to feed about 12 people in 15 minutes! You have had such a long and busy day you didn’t have time to order pizza or anything else and the day before was equally as busy so there was no way to plan a meal a head. You go to Hy-Vee thinking “hey maybe they have a meet and cheese tray ready” you ask the guy at the deli counter if they have anything like that “you would have to order it, but there are pre-packaged trays over in the packaged meet and cheese section” so you run back to quickly take a look... it’s a pitiful tray that wouldn’t feed a small family. So you run to Walmart hoping to find SOMETHING!!! Nope. Again you run to the deli counter to ask and yet again, you have to order it a head of time... then running out of options you think “subs... I wonder if subway would make some simple subs I could take!” Let me tell you, the guy Mark who helped me at the counter was amazing! He was so thoughtful and actually CARED about me and the fact that I was frantically looking for a way to feed a group of 12. He called his manager John and they got me taken care of fast!! Due to their, yes same 2 people with my last large late order, both agreed it was good to remind them. Came in tonight 8:30p.m. and no food. Closing young lady said she forgot and already processed my refund ( with no notice) and closed early then my order popped up. Young lady was talking and laughing with 2 young guys and told me she closed early and my order popped after she closed everything down. I told her to call her Mgr. I came this evening to pick up an order and my order along with someone else’s, was stolen. Same was incredibly apologetic, communicative, and attentive while he remade our sandwhiches.
