I had a very horrible experience at this store on February 2, 2025, at 5:15PM. I walked inside the store with my dad, who’s in his 60s. He took his groceries and was about to check out. He returned four items because they were too expensive. The four items were heavy. As he was returning them, the cashier heard a sound and assumed that my dad slammed the groceries while he was putting them back. The guy started yelling at my dad. My dad said that he was sorry, but the guy kept on yelling back and disrespecting my dad. That’s when I had to step in. I told him that the things were heavy and that’s why he might have heard the loud sound. I told him that my dad didn’t slam the things while putting them away, but he didn’t listen. I told him there was no need to yell at us. He decided to take the rest of the groceries back and told us to get out of the store. Read moreMy family is a regular here but today customer service was horrible (the owner or manager). My sister bought a jackfruit this morning. From the look of the outside it was ready (a little soft) but when we cut open; it was all white and young. With the help of an African American employee to translated, the manager said we could do a return or get a different one. We was like ok, we could get another one and pay the different but then when checkout, the manager reversed and said he'll only refund half. He shouldn't offered from the beginning. We didn't even bother to argue , took our money and not buying their jack fruit again. The reason I gave 1 star is for the employee who was helping...
