I go here regularly for all sorts of things, the staff is always very friendly and as helpful as they can be if I have a question or any issues with something. They're usually pretty knowledgeable about video games and video game-related stuff, but obviously everybody has their limits of knowledge. VERY rude and unprofessional. the staff was not nice in the slightest. they made me feel like i shouldn’t have even been there. my friend went another time alone and was told to leave (for no reason) but when they said there was still other people also shopping they replied with “that’s my friend”. the games are cool but the vibes from the people are not worth your time. unless you want to be made to feel like a problem. go...

Been going here for years since 2008, seen many faces come and go, not even sure who is manager today here but one employee always friendly the other employee with perm hair and girly earings always standofdish anti social and rude with people. If he is the manager this store is doomed....He is always more concerned chatting online in chat groups than doing customer service. No people...
