I asked for a drink with no ice. Now I get that people ask for that to get more product BUT it's insane to tell people they HAVE TO get ice.
Do what i did when I bartended, I always said "no problem, just be aware it won't look as full because our drinks are measured." Easy, simple solution and you get a lot less angry customers and it lessens the opportunity for your baristas to show how much they lack customer service skills and talk condescendingly to customers
Your barista told me I HAVE to get light ice, that she has sensitive teeth too and I can use a straw. And proceeded to ask me about where I go that they allow me no ice in my drink.
Seriously if I'm paying $6 for a drink I really should be able to make the decision on if I want my drink super...

My order was wrong, and they didn't even have any other customers, so they weren't busy. I don't get why it is so hard to find competent people to work at this place....
