Extremely dissatisfying, which is disappointing because I've enjoyed other Market Cafes at other Hyvee locations. Came here for Sunday Brunch, took 5+ minutes just to be acknowledged by the hostess. Buffet was almost $20 per head, and looking at the omelet bar and single table of food in warming trays, we optioned to get something off the menu. The nachos we ordered for an appetizer were stale, salt less chips with goopy, lukewarm gas station nacho cheese and limp strands of browning fast-food lettuce. Overall, the service here is very poor, the food quality is awful, and the prices are some of the highest in town while the portions are rather small. I have had a rough time lately. He was so personable and genuine, I just want the manager to know that he has really brighten my day. He made me feel valued as a person and a customer. Plus the food was delicious! I hope I always get treated like this when I come...
