I can’t say enough good things about Little’s, but here goes!! Tried them in 2020 for a watch battery off of a friend’s recommendation, and not only did they fix my watch, they also replaced the battery for free. Mind you, it wasn’t one of their watches! Because of that, in the four years I lived in Corinth, MS, I strictly used them. Their sales folks are top notch, their quality is unmatched, and their prices are spot on. I tend to like unusual rings, and hadn’t bought any in years…until we went in Little’s! Their warranties cover SO much- I went in for a cracked ring shaft (a ring I purchased there), and walked out with a brand-new-looking ring. Repair, cleaning, polishing…you guessed it…all free, and covered under the warranty. In fact, we ended up purchasing an additional (new) ring, because it caught my eye when I went to pick up the repaired ring- I just couldn’t leave without it! I went in to speak with someone about getting some jewelry appraised, and the two employees were helping two other people. I waited with my two children who had come with me. I was ignored without even a "be right with you" or a "we will help you in just a second." After the customers left, neither employee said anything, and one just stared at me until finally I walked up. She asked if I was being helped, knowing full well my kids and I had been waiting there for 10 minutes. Talk about feeling unwelcome and unwanted.
