I wish I could give 0 stars because they absolutely ruined my SENIOR prom. My dates tux came in the day before the dance(Friday) and there was absolutely no way i could have got it to him so he could have tried it on before the dance(Saturday), and even then he got measured and it should have fit perfectly. We found out 30 minutes before we had to leave for the dance that ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the $250 rental fit. We had to go to WALMART and spend even more money just so he wouldn’t feel weird and uncomfortable the whole night. The pants were wayyy too big, the coat was too small, and instead or a tie they gave him a bow tie. Along with that the shoes were too big as well, so he wore Jordan’s that didn’t match my dress AT ALL. When I called about it today they said “you should have called Friday we get shipping overnight” or whatever, but I’d like to know why I would even have to get a replacement if they measured him IN THE STORE an if those measurements went straight to the company. I understand things like this happen but I’ve heard more stories than just mine now and I think this is enough of a nightmare.
