Decided to use the app to place my order. When I arrived I went to the drive thru and told the lady my name. She said she could not do my order due to having no tenders. My entire meal was nothing but blackened tenders. I asked out of curiosity when she would think they would have tenders. She said “Oh, I have tender but last nights crew did not thaw any for today” It was 12:35pm when I placed this order. I was annoyed but still polite. I asked for a refund and the lady said she didn’t accept my order and the money would be refunded. I politely agreed and started to drive away. I said in there parking lot to check my bank account and saw the charge of $32.84. I went inside to double check the money would be returned. She assured me that my money would be returned to me in 30 minutes. Here we are 3 days later, money was posted to my account and I will be calling my bank. Be careful ordering on the app for this location. I know I will get refunded once I call the bank so I’m not worried about that. I’m just upset this location doesn’t put customers first. Read moreWhen to Popeyes today to grab some red beans and rice, my favorite. I arrived at the Popeyes in Cornelia Georgia at 10 minutes to five. I when thur the drive through, the intercom comes on and say can you hold for a minute. It m waiting, about 20 minutes has passed, so I backed up to be acknowledged again. The same thing it will be a minute. I stated that I have been here for 20 minutes already. The voice said we are short staffed, you can leave if you don’t like it. I stated that you can’t make me go anywhere, I want some beans and rice. I asked him do I need to come in as to order. He states, I don’t care what you do. So I went into Popeyes and notice that there’s four people waiting. The guy at the front line was telling the manager the he had ordered his meal 30 minutes and been standing here for an additional 20 minutes. The manager said, I don’t care , you can’t leave. I then told the manager that he has a real foul mouth to be a manager. He states I don’t care, you can leave to. The young work came from behind the line to apologize for the manager behavior. Read moreReview from MM I called the restaurant the evening before I needed an order to confirm if food choice was available. Chicken livers was not listed on the on-line menu. The person who answered the phone was very polite & helpful. I explained that I would call & place multi lunch orders the next day which she stated was fine. When I called the next morning to place the orders, the phone call went unanswered. I called again & the person who finally answered was extremely rude. I was informed before she hung up on me that they do not take call in orders & were busy & that I would just have to place the order at drive thru & wait like everyone else! I considered going else where at that point but since we wanted to try the livers. ... I drove over & got in the drive thru line as instructed. They were out of diet sodas but had everything else we wanted to order. We paid & parked to wait on food to be brought out. The wait time was average.
