El Sombrero — Restaurant in Cornelia

They sat our food on someone else's table next to us! When they told them it wasn't theirs they then picked it straight up back up from their table brought it to ours and sat it down! They did not ask us if we wanted our plates remade or anything! I've been here several times and never had service like that. And then when I went to pay and told the owner at the cash register. He ignores me the first time so I tell him again and he still ignores me! So then I say to him did you here what I said about the waiter sitting our plates down on someone else's table and then bringing them straight to our table? Without even asking us if we wanted our plates remade? Then all he did was shake his head yes finish putting the money in the drawer and then walked away to the back. A wonderful, friendly staff helped me and my two friends choose the perfect, delicious food to try. My drink never was emptied before being refilled quickly. The staff that was our waiter was always nearby if we needed anything and made our visit an exquisite one.

Their menu offers variety, quality, authenticity, culture, and affordability, while their staff offer excellent suggestions and genuine hospitality to all customers. Worse service, had to ask waiter twice for 2, to go boxes for the 2 people eating, plus margaritas were all mixer-no tequila. Waiter left bill on table, 2 people eating bill was 21.60, we ask for chips and salsa to go waiter picked up the bill and brought another bill back to us and the bill went up to $31.65. We WILL NOT RETURN to this restaurant. We tried talking to the waiter and he had the worse attitude so we ask to speak to his manager and he said go ahead he's up there.
