Bojangles — Restaurant in Cornelia

So my wife and I frequent Bojangles quite a bit. We come thru this morning ordered our usual Cajun biscuit combos. Our only extra request was for extra seasoning on our fries. I guess I should have just asked for them to scrape the hard cardboard fries from the 1st days batch because that’s what we got. Now this isn’t the first time we have asked for this and on previous request we got the extra seasoning and fries were hot fresh enjoyable. Today was literally cardboard. Now yes I could have turned around and complained but we were trying to stay on schedule for an important meeting. That’s why we chose Bojangles. Fast, friendly, customer first type service. Somebody please go and start some fresh fries because I bet I’m not the only one this morning that got this result. Thank GOD my teeth are strong and I didn’t...

6/7/17; 8:30pm...my family and I came for dinner as I get off later in the evening. It's now 8:57pm, staff doesn't have it together. Just now getting the rest of our food. Daughter ordered a egg n cheese biscuit, wish I'd taken a picture of it if you can imagine an egg finger nail thin and only covered a quarter of the biscuit, we'll that was redone after I went back and asked for it to be. I just can't believe they thought it was good enough to send out that way. No gravy made had to wait on gravy .. 15 more minutes....think twice before you come at night to this Bojangles in Cornelia.in addition to this my Chicken biscuit was cold and dry, when the gravy biscuits came out the sausage was burnt and hard...

Went to Bojangles for, of all things, fried chicken. No can do, going to have to wait twenty minutes if “I really want to wait that long.” The time issue was pressed multiple time by the employee. I was told there were some fingers available. I didn’t want any more disappointment and said I would go with the fingers. Little did I know they were prepared long before I showed up. The honey mustard was hotter than the chicken and I don’t mean spicy. The mustard really was warmer than the chicken I was dipping in it. Both the bean options were pretty good and the second person to help me was pleasant. Just a huge let down to travel thirty minutes, to a chicken place, and get hassled over...
