I like TJMAXX, but I was really disturbed by the bullying at your front desk on 09-23-24 just before closing.

I accidently grabbed the #10 from the dressing room, forgetting to return it to the woman in the area. I had lost one of the hangers, and we were searching for it, so it was a little chaotic (due to me). I thought she was competent, nice, and helpful.

I went to check out and the woman at the register, we will call her D since it's a public review, took the card and insulted the woman. She told her friend, a male employee, who also made a disrespectful comment, and she ordered him to be firm with her. She ranted about how bad she was at her job and how she disliked people who were bad at their work. To her credit, the other employee reminded her to be kind and stated that she believed in coaching with kindness and that everyone makes mistakes. The girl did not take the hint, but stated that she was mean and abused the woman in the dressing room some more - let's keep in mind that this is about a forgotten #10 -. She is clearly a bully and victimizing other employees not in her clique. This type of behavior destroys people's mental health and sense of security in the world. I really hope something meaningful is done about this, aggressive bullying is unprofessional and...

I just wanted to take the time to shoutout one of the employees here! She was a breath of fresh air to say the least! Every customer received the same attitude and attention which was reassuring, most times when you interact with employees nowadays you are rushed in and rushed out for their convenience, but she took the time to chat with every customer. I wish I had written down her name, but I believe it was Imelda (I'm sorry if I got it wrong!) Thank you Imelda for your kindness...

Love their housewares section! They have clothing, shoes, accessories, pet supplies, a little bit of everything in one place. My favorite place to look for misc cookware, kitchen items, towels and bedding. All at reasonable prices too.

Every time my daughter in law or my friend from out of town comes to visit, we do a little shopping. I love that it is close and I don't have to drive all the way to Gainesville or...
