This is the absolute worst Pizza place you could order from.. I ordered pizzas online on Thanksgiving and website took my order, took my payment and even said it was baking and waiting on delivery. After an hour I kept calling the store almost a dozen times but the voice on machine kept saying it was helping other customers. We had no idea they were closed and it was not on the answering machine either.... After an hour an half and the website was showing that the pies were still baking so my wife drove all the way over to check on whats happening. They were closed and she got frozen pies from Harris Teeter... The issue is that they did not post that it was closed or mention on the phone line as well as it kept us on hold with phone to our ear for a very long period of time, they charged my account immediately. The next day around noon a driver called me while I was at work stating that he was at my home and I told him he was 24 hours late. He then said he will talk with management and get back to me.... NO ONE did. I just have had time to look at my account again this Sunday and realized the charge was out still and no one bothered to call me and make me feel good about a crappy situation. So I called to get 2 free pizzas from them as my kids are hungry and I am owed pizzas and even if they credit me on my account next week they should make it right... Its bread and sauce for crying out loud... When I talked to the manager and he just thinks since the charge will come off depending on my banks timeline that thats all I should be good with???? WTH... Typical small minded business person that has his head up his butt and should have apologized for the ridiculous inconvenience and should have already offered me a couple free pizzas... AND YES, I want them free as we sat around and even drove to store to find out where the pizzas were. NEVER will order from them again and the manager...
Read moreWhere do I start? I ordered pizzas online like I always do with this Pizza Hut location. Transaction was smooth and I head over to the Cornelius location to pick it up. Since I've never really had a problem before, I didn't think that I needed to check my pizzas prior to leaving. BIG MISTAKE! I get all the way home only to find that my supposed hand tossed pizzas look like thin crust and don't even look fully done.
I picked up my pizzas up at 8:36 pm. I decided to call back to the location and see if I can get them remade. I called four times and was put on hold every time I called and even hung up on. Apparently, they have a way to place you on hold without answering the call. After being on hold so long, I decided to keep the call on hold and drive back over with my order. I was still on hold when I pulled into the parking lot. Ridiculous!
I get back over there and they had literally just locked the door and would not open it because they were already counting money which I understand. I knocked on the door because at this point, I just wanted my money back. Two ladies that were working there yelled through the door that they were closed and they could not open the door and help us. I asked her through the door why they kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me, but she just shrugged her shoulders, mumbled something and walked off. I told her that I would be there tomorrow to talk to the manger. Needless to say, I threw those pizzas out. We had to get take out from somewhere else. It is really a shame because I really like Pizza Hut, but I'm just thinking about starting to go to Jets Pizza from now on. Extremely...
Read moreAfter a bad experience at this Pizza Hut location a couple of years ago (under staffed, unprofessional workers, and they did not put sauce on the pizza!), we decided to give it another try, hoping things had improved. Poor results again. We ordered online tonight and received a confirmation email stating order has been processed and delivery time would be 8:20pm (1 hour and 20 minutes from time of order). A long time, but we realized there would be added delivery time due to road conditions. After waiting almost 2 hours, we called them to cancel our order. The person who answered told us that they cancelled the order, because they weren’t doing any deliveries after 6:30pm. We never received a call or email stating that! We asked to speak to the manager. The manager told us they stopped deliveries at 6:00pm tonight. She said they called the customers. We never got a call. She was rude too. Needless to say, we will NOT be giving Pizza Hut our business. Only reason I gave it 1 star, is that there is no option...
