Had to get a new phone for a new job. Ashleigh at the Cornelius store sold me the S25+ for $1000 and told me to come pick it up in a few days and she would help me set it up and transfer from my old phone to the new one. When I went to get the new phone, no Ashleigh. Kaia made me wait 15 or 20 minutes while going in and out of the back room and finally came out with the new phone and said "here". Had to kind of beg for help to set it up as I know little to nothing about this technology. Couldn't figure out some of the settings and functions and went back a few days later a day Ashleigh got it taken care of. Few days later unplug my phone from the charger, when I try to plug it back in the charging port is broken. Back to the ATT store where I find a sign saying closed from 11:30 to 1 for lunch. It was 1:30. Back the next day when a different employee didn't want to open at 10 even though he could see me waiting outside the door. He finally opened and told me he couldn't help me because their internet was down . Bought a wireless charger elsewhere, but still can't plug the phone in to my work truck. Charge it to 100% at home only to find that it loses all the charger within 7 hours. Can't do a 10 hour shift without being able to plug the phone in! Back to the ATT store where I vent to Ashleigh about all this. She gives me a Samsung customer service number and tells me to contact ubreakifix to get the charging port replaced. She also informs me phone is now out of warranty. Can't wait to see how this shitshow turns out, so far looks like I have a $1000 paperweight and not able to do my job to pay for it. Thanks AT&T!...
Read moreI visited tanesborn Oregon store n Ashley did grt but she was not there over an hr I spent at the store. The only guy had fun time with ppl but never realized there are ppl waiting. Most frustrating part was; he prioritized ppl based on how they look There was a white couple walked after an over 20 min I was waiting there. When the couple walked in, he said we have 5 ppl ahead of you n it could take 30 min. I was one of those 5 ppl. Yet after serving 4th person, he served the white couple and had grt time chatting and cracking jokes n what not . Since I look dark, I had to wait till Ashley come over an hr later . Obsoletly worst service and experience. I just transferred from t mobile after with them over 14 years. Never had this kind of experience. On top of that, twice I had issues with slow service within 4 days I am at tnt. I went pick up my kids and I couldn’t refresh the map from there to home. Also later I couldn’t refresh Pinterest while waiting in the tnt store. Now I have lost my contract with t mobile n they are no longer offering the package I had over 14 years which worked grt and bill was low. Again this morning, I have been trying to log into a website where I needed two factor authentication code to my phone which I did not received despite trying over 10 times, even after re starting the phone and the PC. Read moreWent to the store the other day, my family had switched to t mobile and I was the only one on the account. To be honest I cared less about coverage I just wanted to account under my name if I was gonna be making payments on it. The experience was terrible, the manager took for ever and there isn’t ever anything they can do on their end they just stare at the screen and tell you they can’t do anything call this 1 800 number and wait forever…… to make the experience better he followed by telling me he scheduled my appointment to fix my screen because despite the poor service I just wanted to fix my screen and upgrade since I had insurance on my phone. Well went to the appointment and it wasn’t scheduled then called them and they said they unfortunately can’t cover it that I have to wait 30 days to get it covered???? I’ve had my account with them for 7 years got my newest phone 4 years ago…. Keep in mind I’m trying to fix my phone to trade it because I wanted a new phone, so I’m over here trying to give them business…. Well walked over to t mobile and $50 dollars less plus more coverage and subscriptions got a new phone.
As a manager how you don’t know your policies, and then after you mess up instead of taking care of your customers you just respond with an attitude because I’m upset that you lied to me and don’t know your policies…. Tried giving a zero star so be thankful for the one...
