Was have a bad day all around. Then went l to order on my phone got everyones order before we split and then splitn. Event to proceed was my phone dying before it was filalized. The Barista(MEGAN) who was taking my order when I got inside wascsuper cool! listened to my spiel about my woe's for the day went to pay and my card didn't work so it's lightly ask for water and sat down to charge my phone and see what these people wanted and to come to me because I don't have any money. I wandered in, rather lost and drenched because it was raining. I'd gone for a drive to clear my head and somehow ended up in Cornelius of all places. The moment I walked in, the baristas were super friendly. Katie, who took my order, went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did she make me super good coffee, but she took the time to give me directions back home. Turns out, if I'd made a right instead of a left, I would have saved a hour of driving. When we first moved to the area we enjoyed coming to this location. However over the last year the quality and accuracy of our drinks has drastically decreased. Having worked for Starbucks for 10 years myself I have a very good understanding of what to expect and sadly this location has consistently been letting us down. With prices of items increasing year over year and the nickle and diming of things that used to be free or subbed to your drinks (split pumps of syrups, powder toppings, etc.) we do not believe it is worth paying as much as we do to consistently be let down with what we...
