(Only five stars because they are blocking the negative reviews) When I first went their the lady was that assisted me kept making up prices in her head and then changing them when I asked for clarification of the price. One guy said come back when Alex is here he gives you the honest price. So I did that. Alex gave me good prices. I picked a delivery date where he said I would get the delivery in the morning. I got a call the day before confirming the delivery. On the day of delivery no call or show. I called the store at 3 pm the lady said that she had no way of getting in contact with the delivery drivers or the owner. So I said ok and waited two more hours. I finally went to the store to see what was going on. She was so dismissive so I told her I would just cancel my order and I wanted a refund. Then she magically was able to get in contact with the delivery drivers and the owner. Before she didn’t have any way to get in contact with them and now she did because I was requesting my money back. She even showed me the delivery list and my name was no where on it. She called the owner assuming I wasn’t bilingual. She completely lied saying they had been calling me all day to deliver the furniture. The owner even got on the phone and lied and said the same thing. So I kindly asked for my money back. I came the next day because apparently Alex is the only one that does refunds. He wasn’t apologetic or wanted to hear about the poor communication or customer service I had received. It’s said because customer service is everything. If they would have just communicated with me I would have been fine. They neglected to so that, or communicate. I have had plenty of furniture delivered from other companies and never experienced this. Alex was not apologetic for any of the inconvenienced all this has caused. I had to call out of my job due to the lack of communication because I didnt wanna miss the delivery. Also the lady showed me the delivery list they failed to put my name on it. Read moreI am honestly really disappointed. I wish I would've read the reviews before coming here. Went in last Saturday with my mom to purchase a Mattress. It went well, we decided to purchase. Alex said he could deliver Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
Tuesday comes around and no call/no show. I called in the evening to ask what happened with the delivery. We waited around 2 days and no one came to deliver. The girl who answered said she had no way of checking, to call back the following day. So my mom calls and Alex asks what mattress, to send a picture of the receipt and he'll call her back.
So unprofessional, they didn't even remember or had track of our purchase. We left a deposit by the way
So I call myself after he never called my mom back. The girl that answers says Alex left for the rest of the day.
I told her she needed to contact him and we needed to know what happened with our delivery or I needed my money back by the end of the day
Alex calls my mom after a few hours and says we can pick up the mattress ourselves or he would only be able to deliver the following day (thursday).
So after a lot of back and forth he delivers Thursday. No apology nothing.
Their customer service sucks. We will never come back. First and last time we purchase from here
Take your money somewhere else.
And as you can see they don't even respond to the customer reviews. They truly don't care. They don't seek to improve...
Read moreWorst customer service ever I made a custom-made order and I was set up to be delivered in 2 weeks when the two weeks were up I wondered why they haven't called me (spoke to Mari Came) so I gave them a call they then said that the warehouse where they fabricate was going to be moving to a new location so I asked and how long will they be delivering they said in 3 weeks so me being generous I said okay I'll give you a month when that month came up no one called me again I called them again they said it will be ready in a week when that week was up I once again had to call them because no one was communicating with me and they said to give them another week this went on until I finally got to the day of delivery I asked if I was going to be accommodated a discount they only wanted to give me a $50 discount when I waited almost 2 months I asked for $100 discount the Patty (Alex wife) refused I told her I thought it was very injustice. So untold her to atleast discount me the delivery and the $50 she just refused over and over. Finally they took the couches back and haven't reimburse...
