Tacos Panchito — Restaurant in Corona

We had an issue with finding the location and Google lead us to the wrong restaurant which was closed so we assumed the closing time was wrong on Google and decided to call in the morning to see if we can get our food we ordered. When i called in the morning at 11am was told i would receive a call in a bit at 5pm i still didn't receive a call so I decided to go down and ask in person. I was told there was nothing they could do and told i should have called i tried to explain my error in the location and asked if I could either have a refund or have the food remade. They refused and said it would be impossible to get my money back so I asked for the tip I left back at least and was told he would try and get that back for me when he remembers to. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!

Second time that I'm ordering from you. First time I got nachos.. the chips were extremely soft and barely edible but toppings made it a bit better... this time I got a horchata drink and nothing else. I ordered it at 3:05 pm it is now 3:53... i just now got my drink.. this place is literally a FOUR MINUTE DRIVE away. How hard is it to pour my drink and drive it FOUR MINUTES AWAY?!! Your Chicken Tortilla Soup is absolutely terrible. Way too much chicken too which doesn’t taste good at all on top of it. Giant pieces of potato and carrots? There is way too much food in the dish for a simple bowl of soup. I do not recommend this order. I’m proud to say that AMERICANIZED MEXICAN FOOD IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN TRADITIONAL MEXICAN FOOD.
