01/14/2024 Yet another update. Went back there last night and was not disappointed. Again horrible service and burnt egg rolls. How do you burn an egg roll? I asked for 2 teriyaki and 2 red hot sauces. I repeated this 2 times to the person who was working at the drive through window. I ended up with 2 teriyaki and 2 sweet and sour sauces. I used to have several hundred points earned. Now I don't think I will be back to this store ever again. There is an Arby's across the street from here, and even though it's more expensive, I will be going there from now on.
Can you give a negative star rating?
I do have to update my review of this store. I actually went inside to pick up a mobile order this week. The gal who was working the counter seemed like I was an inconvenience to her trying to make fries. I told her that I was in to pick up my order and she walked away from me and didn't even acknowledge that I said anything to her. She asked another employee if my order was ready and went back to making fries. The person who got my order just put it on the counter and walked away without saying a single word to me.
Again, this is the WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been to.

Read moreMy god, I condem this establishment. I walked into the place with my girlfriend hoping for a wholesome meal on Halloween before going out. As soon as I walk in my girlfriend addressed an employee she'd known. At first it was all okay, then an employee called said employee (Luis) gay. Which I wasn't alright with, then he reciprocated disrespect by saying the same thing. Then I faked a phone call and walked outside, I texted my girlfriend suggesting we leave and go to a different restaurant. However my girlfriend insisted that we stay. I went back in and ordered my food and getting the order wrong wasn't the worst thing that'd happened that night. About five minutes into my meal, I'd heard the two saying multiple profain statements, which was where I'd drawn the line. Read moreI work down the street and have come here many times over the past 4 years. Though they make their share of small mistakes, the drive-through cashiers have always been pleasant and friendly... until today.
Per usual, I was asked, "Any sauces?" To which I replied, per usual, "Just ketchup." After getting my card back and getting my drink I received the bag sans ketchup. Upon reopening the window I explain that it had been forgotten. With all the arrogance and passive aggressive attitude expected from we millenials, she responds, "There isn't any because you didn't ask for any." Without being able to convey body language or tonality, this roughly translates to, "There isn't any because you didn't ask for any... STUPID!" Then hands it over.
I think she's new so maybe she's just a bit clueless and doesn't get the customer service aspect of... well customer service. But she really needs to check the attitude. That's not what you want your regular customers...
