Bret was by far the best salesperson I have ever met before in my life! He not only took the time to explain exactly every option I had to choose from but he also had the knowledge to help guide me through the decision process since this was the first time I had ever ordered specialized or custom made furniture before! He was so polite and very kind and patient with me while I attempted to make up my mind about exactly which recliner would be the best one for me based on my height, preference of visual look, budget, and how each recliner offered different back supports based on my individual needs. After the limitless options that were made available to me, I finally found one that I loved the most and Bret was very helpful about handling how it would work out with the ordering, shipping, delivery, and my options for a protection plan without forcing me to feel like I had to buy anything extra other than the single thing I went there to purchase in the first place. Read moreWe ordered custom recliner October 7, 2020 with estimated delivery date for Feb 28,2021. Come Feb, no recliner, no call from the store. We called them, new delivery date was for May. Come May, no recliner, no call from them. Called them back..new delivery date for August...said the fabric hadn't arrived. Asked for a discount, staff member stated she'd check with the manager and call back. No response. I called a week later, talked to another staff member, same response, again no call back. Called a 3rd time, talked to manager. Said we'd get $150 off( this was a $3000 recliner), that is the store policy and no higher discount allowed and I can't cancel the order because it is a custom chair and non refundable per the contract. I said contract also had estimated delivery date of Feb. and if we knew it was going to take almost a year to get this chair, we NEVER would have bought it. Manager didn't care at all. Read moreThe sales person was very knowledgeable about the products. We purchased with Memorial Day sale,20% off. We paid cash and scheduled a delivery. Once home we found almost 700.00 worth of warranties on the bill, it was not explained that the price the furniture was shown priced included extra warranties. We decided not to keep all the extra warranties since it comes with a one year warranty. Well today I found out that by canceling the extra warranty, I can’t return the product or exchange the product. Maybe being more transparent would be good. I was told today that due to canceling all the up charge warranties then I only had 24 hours from the delivery to return or exchange. NOW that’s a big loop hole for the company to make money on up selling products!!! I would say buyer beware, ask more questions and don’t assume your being told the whole story.
