Went in this morning, looking at a $448 little jacket. The two young clerks were far more interested in talking to each other than helping me. I was the only one in the store except someone being helped at the cosmetic counter. The only way small local stores can compete is on customer service and these guys failed miserably.

Back in my car, I looked online and the same jacket, same maker was much less expensive at Nieman Marcus. Hmmmm. Makes it hard...
