Underwhelming - A vast space but with basic inventory. It's a massive, open showroom designed with a minimalist, Scandinavian aesthetic. However, the sheer square footage only served to emphasize the disappointingly sparse inventory. While the store had a high volume of chairs, their overall quality was somewhat basic a bit comparable to those found in a mass merchandise store. Bought two high quality office chairs for our home. Excellent customer service, great customer service and follow up. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped to answer all of our questions. My husband and I both work from home quite often and needed chairs that would be comfortable for 8+ hours per day. If you love mid century modern and value that the reproductions are licensed and very high quality, this place was made for you. It's simply awesome. Chairs (huge assortment), tables, couches, lighting +++ Costa Mesa store/showroom is huge. We especially love their reproduction chairs, like the Barcelona and Egg chairs.
