I’m truly disappointed by my recent experience at this Dior location. As someone who has always appreciated the brand for its elegance, attention to detail, and exceptional client service, this experience fell far below what I’ve come to expect.
After placing an order, I received no communication or update from my sales associate - not even a courtesy message about the status of my shipment. I eventually had to visit the boutique myself to ask for an update, and even another associate seemed surprised that I hadn’t been contacted. When I followed up again by text regarding express shipping, I was told it would be handled “right away,” yet I still had to reach out later to confirm.
The manager I spoke with was genuinely kind, professional, and apologetic - I want to acknowledge that. However, despite their empathy, there was unfortunately nothing they could do to remedy the situation or make up for the lack of attentiveness from the associate.
When shopping at Dior, communication and service should reflect the same excellence and care as the products themselves. We came in to hopefully exchange a gift we received and the staff refunded money back to the gifter instead. They did not communicate clearly that the money would be returned to the original gifter. We have mentioned multiple times that it was a gift and it needs to be exchanged but the staffs were extremely rushed and failed to fulfill our request. We wasted hours trying to resolve the issue but there were no accommodations made at the end. Instead, the manager was extremely nasty and rude towards us. The entire experience was unprofessional and sad that my sister had to walk away empty handed.

After being on the phone with customer service, they promised to get in contact with the store manager and will be back in touch with me soon. Store manager ended up calling me while I was busy at work and I told him that I will call him back and he said anytime. When I called him back for a week straight, never got any response.
