I feel compelled to write to you and tell you a little more about my background before I post a review. I do reviews for salons and stylists. Immediately at the time of our discussion I wrote down the time, pricing and details.

According to your website, my hair is considered medium and the max for pricing is 300. Over the phone when I told you it came to my shoulders you said $250-300. I understand you have vast experience with these products and with hair in general though comparatively your work rating was a 6. Though the varied steps, the shampooing was a quick application, although completed twice it was supposed to be worked into a lather from the scalp and left on for 5 minutes before rinsing.

The treatment is recommended to be left on for 40 minutes and 20 for blonde and fragile hair. In addition, the mask comes with the product and is left on for at least 5 minutes.

Any blow dry and styling after the product is put in is guaranteed to have a smoother result. My hair was not properly blow dried with the under layers being wavy when I got home.

I was grateful for the trim but clearly it wasn’t free. I had set aside $100 as a tip no matter what so walking out with a total cost of $500 is insane and the cost was definitely not reflective in the final product. I realize this is of new concern to you, but it is important to clientele like me who ask various questions and read reviews.
