I, like most average women like to get our nails 💅 done did. Sassy is a good place to go. It is a clean salon however, a few pros and cons. One is that during their lunch time it does smell of the food they eat and that is not very impressive when your wanting to relax and get your massages. Two, I love all the ladies and gentlemen that work there, but if they would have a few more people that would speak English then it would be so much better when it comes to wanting to communicate on how you want your nails 💅 and toes done. And finally three, they could be a bit more friendly in other words have a bit more interpersonal communication with clients instead of speaking loudly, rolling their eyes at you because you couldn’t understand them just overall smile at the client. It would help to make the time spent better and the tips $$ just might be better too. Other than that, the prices are what one can expect, I love that they offer drinks like, water 💧 tea ☕️ , wine 🍷 and beer 🍺 all while you get pampered.

Decided to give this nail salon a shot after Christmas last year after searching for a new go to place for over 13 months.. I'm so glad I did. I decided to go all in and get a full set with gel. As soon as they were done, I was 90% confident I'd found not only my new nail place but also my new nail tech. 3 weeks later, as the compliments were still rolling in daily, there was no question. Their prices are reasonable and you get a drink and snack with your service. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Vivian. She's absolutely amazing.

Tiffany help do my full set today and was absolutely wonderful! She worked quickly and efficiently! Offered me a list of drinks and made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted. I arrived with a specific nail design in mind and Tiffany continually made sure the design was exactly what I wanted by asking if everything looked good. She nailed (pun intended 😂) the design PERFECTLY! I can’t wait to go back and see what other designs Tiffany is able to do!! I highly recommend this nail salon!!

We had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. My daughters and I went in for 3 full sets. When they started the girls nails both of them mentioned that the nails were burning, to which they sprayed alcohol on the nails allegedly to help. I got builder gel on my natural nails. I’m aware that heat spike can occur, however they did not use a mini cure lamp for each nail and wanted me to put my whole hand in the uv machine after each individual nail. It was extremely painful. Also there was no care taken to be gentle when using the electric tools on my nails. The filing felt very haphazardly. I get my nails done every 3 weeks and I have never experienced the discomfort I felt today. I’m not sure if they were trying to rush because there were 3 of us or what. Lastly as the previous reviewer Devina noted, absolutely ask about pricing in advance. For 2 full sets with French tip and 1 soak off with fresh builder gel I was charged $195! And no, there was no informing me prior of the price. | have never paid that amount of money for such a sub par level of service. It wasn’t only about the price, I took my daughters for what I thought would be an enjoyable experience but instead had 2 teens with hurting nails. I would never recommend this business to a soul. If I can help the next person not experience what we did today, then mission accomplished. After my girls mentioned their nails burning I turned on my Google Translate app because if something was being ignored or haphazardly used on my daughters nails I wanted to know. Instead I heard other...

I wish I had a better experience than I did because I truly did enjoy the place. The lady at the front desk was super helpful and sweet, she did apologize for the experience that I had. The tech was okay but was rough with my hands, I got gel x. When applying the nails she placed my left thumb crooked and when I asked she said it would straighten out when we did the shaping, to which it did not and she had to reapply another nail, (the nail she had put on originally was never taken off juts filed down). I had asked for a french tips with glitter but she told me that an ombré pink/ white would look so much better, I let her do that and it was awful. The colors weren’t blended smoothly and it just didn’t look good. I told her I didn’t like it and if she could french tips, she asked me to pick a base color so I did and then started putting a top coat and when I asked about the French she told me she couldn’t do it because the polish was too thick. I ended up just settling for the base and asking for chrome to which the tech told me would be an extra $10 which is fine. The pricing is very fishy, I was told when I first walked in that it would be $65 for the gel x set and $10 for chrome. My total ended up being $80 and when I asked why and where that came from the tech came up to the front desk and said I don’t know it’s what they told me to charge but if the prices are already set then what is the extra $5 charge for. Hopefully they can either update their pricing correctly or keep to what they have on the website and papers...
