White Feather Lashes — Local services in Costa Mesa

I am so upset with the set of lashes I paid $96.00 dollars for. I went in last week and showed the lady multiple photos of what i wanted. I have small eyes, dont wear a ton of makeup and was looking for a natural and classic set of lashes. I wanted the lashes longer in the ends and made sure to stress I dont wear a lot of eye makeup and did not want over done huge heavy lashes. what i call "catapillar lashes" The lashes took 25 minutes. Seemed really quick and I felt like she was rushing the entire time. When I sat up and looked in the mirror my heart sank. It was all the things I made sure to stress that I DID NOT WANT. I told the girl I was upset. She asked why. the first thing I noticed about the lashes was that they were super uneven. and on one side the lashes were hanging off. you can see that they are all clusters, you can see the black bulb on each of the clusters ends. on each eye they do not even go all the way in so they look bald in the inner parts. and on one eye it goes from short , medium then long and on the other it goes from the first cluster short to long. there are spaces inbetween the clusters and honestly all day I am having to space them out to appear full. I told the girl I was unhappy and shr had me lay down and said she would fix them. I told her i dont think you can fix these. you would need to do the whole set again. she was irritated and i agreed to lay back down for her to attempt to fix.

I figured i would come back the following day and talk to a manager since she was there by her self. while i was there the other girls had taken off. when i got to the front she charged me for "hybrid" which was 96.00 which she said was classic and volume combined. I told her first i didnt want volume and that my set was only clusters you could see it and that i was unhappy all around. the avertised price was 69.99 and she was pushy and said sh had another girl waiting and i handed her a 100.00 bill and left.

I am so unhappy with the service, the set of lashes and i feel like she was rude about it, and she really over charged me. I would like a proper set of lashes from them. and another girl to do them. I am still trying to get ahold of a manager. hopefully with a review i will finally hear from them. please do the right thing and take this set off and redo them correctly with a FULL!!! SET that is not clusters, not spaced out, not hanging and where u cannot see the bulbs of the lashes. honestly your company should be embarressed by the set of lashes i received. I want to be able to support your business. Im local and believe maybe she was just tired, but please stop avoiding it and correct it. I paid more than i should and did not receive what...

They don’t do anime lashes at all, but she still made it happen for me. For her first time doing that style, she did amazing. She kept checking in, asked if I liked them, and even offered to make them fuller to match what I wanted.
