So here is my big story for this place. I used to love love love getting my nails done here and my pedicures here. But the last time, and I mean the LAST time, I went here it was not okay. I went in for a French full set. I asked the lady to use a nude color powder, not a pink or clear. She seemed very nice and she started applying my tips. She asked see if the length was okay, from my angle it looks longer than it was. When I got my hand back they looked a lot shorter than I had thought originally, so I made a comment and said they looks really short. She then had already cut down four of my other nail tips at this point. She proceeded to get very upset with me that she had to take them off and reapplied tips to get a longer length. She would not stop complaining it would not stop being rude no matter how much I apologize for the inconvenience. I felt really bad and at this point I wanted to cry. But she reapplied them and I got the length I wanted. She did not use a nude powder but used a not so nude gel color. I was already upset and did not feel like making another fight. So at the end of this trip I was not happy. But the story does not end here. I was at work 3 days later and noticed that my nail on my pointer finger had already lifted and was coming off. I did not slam it on anyting. So the next day I went to get my nail fixed as soon as they opened. The lady who runs the place fixed my nail but didn't do a good job. I had told you that the lady before was extremely rude to me and I didn't appreciate it. She also tried blaming me for my nail coming off. She made my nail crooked and also didn't use the same nude and white color for the tip. My nails did not match and they for just not great. I had to go to another Salon to get them fixed because I hated my nails so much. I have never had such a bad experience at this nail salon ever. The other lady who is fixed my nails at a different salon said that I hadn't even had these nails for a week and they were already coming off. Needless to say I will never be coming back to...

I've had my nails done regularly for 10 years, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had.
First, I showed up for my appointment. I'm still asked what service I need and sign in, which is whatever, I still don't think too much of it. Until I get put into a pedicure station because all the manicure stations are full, which would be fine if I was a walk in, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT and I got shoved into a corner at in a pedicure chair. We never moved as chairs opened up either.
Fine, whatever, I can move past that. I want to have a relaxing experience getting my nails done. Which only takes 1 person, right? At one point, I was surrounded by 5 employees, all talking, watching videos, overall just being loud, to the point where my nail technician was too busy talking to her co workers that she was shoving my hands around and pulling them back to work (I'm at a pedicure station so she wasn't just pushing and pulling, I was getting twisted at the same time).
Now I'm pretty upset, but my nails are almost done, so I just suck it up. We get done, and my hands are covered in acrylic (Google how you get an acrylic allergy), and I have chunks of acrylic under my nails. With how little nail prep was done, I'll be SHOCKED if this set lasts more than a week.
This is my first time being able to get my nails done since I moved, and this experience is very upsetting and severely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've gotten better service for less...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was visiting my sister from out of town and we decided to get our nails done here. I signed up for a manicure and dip but only ended up with dip, and they also put me at a pedicure chair. As another reviewer mentioned, my nail tech was surrounded by coworkers and chatting away while doing my nails, which made the experience feel distracted.
Before I was even finished, she started asking if I was going to tip. I was also paying for my niece, and the lady who did her nails asked my tech to ask me again if I was going to tip. Of course I was planning to, but it felt unnecessary and uncomfortable to be pressured; itās common courtesy, not something that should be brought up mid-service.
My nails also did not turn out as expected. One was messed up, so I went back just five minutes later to get it fixed, and instead of apologizing she tried blaming me for pushing it against the machine, which was frustrating. Now, a week after leaving, the base is already catching in my hair obviously I couldnāt go back to have them fix anything since I donāt live there, so I have to get them redone.
I canāt speak for all their employees, but I wouldnāt recommend getting your nails done in a pedicure chair. The setup felt chaotic, and the overall service wasnāt what I...
