Had such a wonderful first time experience at Jo Malone London -- thank you Nadia for all your help and making the experience memorable!

For the longest time it was on my wish list to do the fragrance experiences that were offered at Jo Malone London. I personally never wore any scent that felt like me, only wearing whatever I was gifted growing up and my everyday deodorant. Hey, it got me this far in life and sometimes department stores can be overwhelming trying to spray you with a multitude of celebrity scents!

My best friend had done the experience before and when he shared it with me I could not wait to do it! The idea of working with experts to find and mix scents that I could fall in love with sounded so unique and personalized. We booked online the day before and we're lucky enough to be taken care by Nadia, who was completely welcoming and patient with me and my inexperienced self.

Not only did she facilitate my experience well, she also answered all my questions, helping me to feel more confident in what I liked and didn't like, and gave us great tips for layering and usage. She did the Scent For You tours for both of us and a Hand & Arm massage for me that honestly made me feel like I was taking a self-care day at the spa. We had such a blast throughout the whole experience!

Once we made our purchases, we both were gifted a sweet little goodie bag with some samples and a small bouquet of flowers. I enjoyed everything so much, I definitely recommend coming here and taking advantage of the knowledge from the experts. Not only will they take care of you, but they may help you discover scents you didn't know you needed. I do believe Jo Malone really is a place that wants you to elevate your lifestyle, whether it's your everyday perfume or a cozy candle for your home, there is a scent for all aspects of you life.

We left the store, got into the car and I couldn't help but smile. My friend and I both agreed, the scent was "me." Something about discovering a scent that feels like you, is an experience in itself :)

I cannot remember the Young Lady's name who helped me (very embarassed that i don't) but she was an absolute dream. Beautiful (but small) store and the Employee's are Very Gracious and Helpful and not to mention Very Knowledgeable about the product which i love because i ask a million questions. Yes it's true they are very costly but as my Father would say, 'You get what you pay for'. And in that i got what i wanted. Definately not your run of the mill candles. And i love the simple but...

It always amazes me how fragrances can be combined to create the new scents. The candle scent fills up the room and leaving such wonderful feeling in the place where a person step into. The skin feels soft to the touch and smell beautiful after using the bath and body products. Of course, the customer service is for everyone to judge why she or he would love to come...
