Worst shopping experience yet. Iāve been to multiple Ralph Lauren flagship stores and theyāve all been greatā patient, kind, and informative staff. THIS ONE??? They were so rudeā especially the older Asian female staff member (she didnāt even tell me her name, I only have descriptions of her from my terrible experience with herā I think another staff member called her Kim but I donāt want to list the wrong name definitively). I was there to return an item and potentially pick up a new sweaterā during the processing of the return she kept glaring at me and basically accusing me of wearing the piece and questioning the quality for return (IāVE NEVER WORN IT OUT I ORDERED IT ONLINE AND IT DIDNāT FIT SO I WENT IN STORE TO RETURN IT!!!!). Also, she didnāt give me any return receipts or confirmations, she just told me to take a picture of her screenā HER ATTITUDE WAS TELLING ME TO HURRY UP! Afterwards, I walked around the store, ALL THE STAFF IGNORED ME. One of them even blocked my way from looking at some of the sweaters and the initial lady who helped me COMPLETELY WALKED AWAY AND KEPT SHOOTING LOOKS AT ME!! I contemplated about writing this review but seeing how there has been other complaints⦠this must not be a first time occurrence. Iāve been here previously before and they always ignored meā just thought it was a minor thing. But this timeā¦. Something needs to be fixed. Very disappointed and insulted. Never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store used to be a more comprehensive representation of the brandās offerings (all high end) but now specializes in the rarest, which is the Purple Label line (think highly exclusive materials and very limited production volumes, sweaters and such could be around $2,000 and made-to-measure suits past Tesla-prices).
The staff are the best, the store is brightly lit and arranged with multiple rooms adding dimensions to the space, the variety of options are impressive and these products have lasted me well over a decade so the investment is worth it!
Buy it nice or...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visited Ralph Lauren South Coast Plaza this afternoon around 6pm with my service dog. Instead of addressing my needs or offering assistance, the lady at the entrance focused solely on questioning the legitimacy of my service dog. She followed us throughout the store as if we would steal something and never asked us if we needed anything. Very cold and snobbish atmosphere. I wouldnāt shop there. I just went shopping to MaxMara and Sandro, at least they have nicer staff. Maybe they should go take classes there to acquire customer...
