I was shopping at this location a few days ago I was in Macy's and I noticed some products from Mac that I wanted to get from the Mac pro store so I can get my pro discount I go to the store and as I walk in I'm being greeted I turned around to say hello to the person that's greeting me she's on her phone texting the whole time so I did not know if she was talking to me I say hello back but she does not even bother to look up to say hello She's texting on her phone ignoring me so I ignore her I'm there for a few products that I want and I'm going to get them I don't care if I'm getting rude customer service I'm getting my products so I continue shopping she does not come up to me or ask me how I'm doing asks me if I need any help nothing she's still in the front texting on her phone another associate walks up to me asks me how I'm doing if I need any help if there are any products that I was looking for today she was so pleasant so nice her energy was amazing right off the bat I knew that I was going to Get along great with her because she was genuine she was authentic she was humble nice and she was not Stuck up like the other girl that did not bother to look up to say hello to me when she was texting on her phone so very unprofessional she was blonde with a short pixi Karen hair cut middle age looking I want to say like 40 45 looking the girl that did help me was amazing and totally mad up for the rude stuck up girls behavior the girl that deserves recognition is Sandra Dominguez she went above and beyond for me giving me grat product knowledge on a few things I was interested in and really helped me to make the perfect choice if it wasn't for the rude Karen I would have gave my shopping...

I recently made a 15 minute glam appointment to have my eye and lips done for a holiday party. This was the worst make application experience I have experienced. Olivia (red curly hair), was the make up artist, I showed her a picture of what I wanted, explained I typically like more of a natural look. Once I saw my eyeshadow it looked like I had bruises on my eyes, then she proceeded to apply this cheap looking glitter. This look nothing like the picture. I took off the eye shadow asked for something simple, top eyeliner, when I tell you it was rough it was rough. Olivia did a thick unflattering wing application of eyeliner and when I asked for more natural. She got noticably fustrated, rushed through doing my make up , was heavy handed with the brush application and to top it off she had horrible customer service passive aggressive attitude! She applied false lashes which were unevenly applied. I literally came back home had to re- do my makeup and take off the uneven lashes. I left so unhappy and still spent 45 bucks because she spent the time doing the make up. I will never go back there and stick to Nordstrom's Lancôme YSL and Chanel! The one star is for the other two girls that were genuinely kind...

C had an appointment for The Essentials and Wow Brows. Ximena was on schedule and AMAZING… she picked out all the basic necessities to match skin tone and colors to achieve the natural, everyday look that C wanted to achieve during the visit.

Being that C’s face was a virgin to make-up, Ximena kept it simple as she teaches C, step-by-step, on how to apply everything while being very detailed with techniques and tips… taking the time explaining and giving analogy to help C better understand the reason behind what was being done, making them easier to remember. The full make-up tutorial was unexpected and C was so impressed on how Ximena enhanced her natural beauty. When The Essentials was completed, C looked fabulous and gained confident that she can do it on her own. Being overjoyed and excited, C forgot to mention about the Wow Brow appointment… gives her a reason to go back sooner than later :)
