Please don't Patronize or support this Store. Everytime I'm at SCP and walk by it I get sick... I reviewed on Yelp a few years back and from what I understand nothing has changed with the absolute absence of class and integrity at this Store and the Staff. They are dishonest thieves. I sold a Watch, a Ladies Audemars Piguet Royal Oak that I brought in for a verbal appraisal. The Salesman said he couldn't find any information to support an accurate appraisal because the piece was bought overseas. He said an offer of $2000 would be fair. I should've known there was something very dishonest by the way he really wanted me to quickly finish up the paperwork to give me a check for $2000. I found out later that the Watch was worth $75,000.00 pre-owned. The Salesman knew that. I was alone when this happened and I was taken advantage of and truly stolen from because I honestly didn't know what I had. Please don't support this place that obviously is dishonest and takes advantage of women coming in alone asking for advice and counting on honest answers. Instead, they lied and took a $75,000.00 Watch from me for $2000. I'll never forget it. My family really needed that money. My young daughter had Heart Failure and I was taking care of her and her two young children. What they did was truly a crime. I can only imagine the disgusting, evil grin that Salesman must of had when he watched me leave the store with a $2000 check that he said was "a fair offer". There is a God, and I have no doubt, he'll g
To your reply Tourneau...Again, DISHONEST! There is NO way that Watch was sold for the amount you have stated...And there was no "refurbishing" needed to that Watch, it was in prestine condition. You're lying. You may have "posted" that price on your Website at the time, but there is No possible way you sold it for $3,900.00. Perhaps one of you purchased it yourself, and for a ridiculous low price like that so you could turn around and sell it for the TENS of thousands you all knew it was worth...I spoke to a Specialist with Audemars and he said there's NO possible, or honest way that Watch was even put up for market for $3,900 Unless it was a Pawn Shop buying it off a Drug Addict. You're company and specifically this Store, is dishonest to the point...
Read moreAdvice to anyone making a purchase at this dealer, please make sure to read all the reviews and work with the sales representatives who have made a great impression on other customers. Please do not get assigned a sales representative at random (the security guard at the door assigned the sales rep). This mistake happened to me. Since I already knew the watch I wanted, I mentioned this to the sales associate I was assigned to. She asked for a deposit, as this was their “store policy”. I gave her a 30% deposit. Asked how long the watch would take to arrive, “usually it takes 2-5 months,” I was told. So the 5 months turned into 10 months. The day I picked up the watch was the first time I actually spent more than 5 minutes with and her true personality manifested. She had difficulty using the credit card terminal and progressively began directing her frustrations at me. Next, gave me a surprise -- I have to pay an extra $400 because the price increased while I was waiting for the watch. By the end of the transaction, behavior had become a haughty role play, where she was doing me a favor by allowing me to buy the watch. Out of respect to others in the store, I did not address her in the way I wanted to as I just wanted to get out of there. Ultimately, my purchase experience from Tourneau Rolex in South Coast Plaza was sub-par due to the sales associate. Sadly, I thought a purchase stateside would be something comparable to the magical experience of shopping at Bucherer in Switzerland. Unfortunately, the competency, decorum, and lack of class from will be a story I can share with others. Please do yourselves a favor when and buy from...
Read moreOriginal review: Their inability to answer their phone during business hours is an indication of their service level. Trying to get my Rolex in for a warranty service and I called them multiple times, left messages, never received a call back, and they never answered the phone live on multiple attempts. Finally went to the store to drop off the watch and the woman at their Repair location down near Nordstrom did not represent the Rolex brand well. Tacky and unprofessional. I’m also not pleased it will take two months for a warranty repair. Seems like a watch that is within warranty shouldn’t have any problems and if it does, it would be expedited. This is probably not the stores fault, but overall, a very bad...
