During my recent visit to South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, I encountered an unwelcoming experience while inquiring about a product from Prada. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the associates, but their behavior quickly turned to an unsettling pattern. They followed me around the store as if I were a criminal, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
Politely, I requested that the store associate, whom I believe was the manager, cease following me while I browsed. However, she denied this request, asserting that she was merely fulfilling her customer service duties. Despite my appreciation for her efforts, I felt that I did not require any assistance. Nevertheless, I continued to be followed, which further compounded my discomfort.
When I approached the associates to inquire about a specific product, their attitude became agitated. Their responses were unprofessional and seemed to indicate that I had said something that made them feel uncomfortable. Overall, my experience was characterized by a lack of welcome and respect.
In addition to these incidents, there were other occurrences that I find too tedious to recount in detail. However, I must emphasize that my overall experience was unsatisfactory. I believe that I deserve compensation for the treatment I received as a customer.

I brought a return after coming back from a trip in Hawaii where I purchased from their Waikiki store. I was a few days outside the return policy apparently and they would not even offer store credit. Only an exchange of equal or greater value and it would only be available today and it would be FINAL SALE. I explained how I was out of town and just got back and even store credit would be fine. however my last trip to this prada pushed me to this review. the manager here is so rude and judgmental. i have been here twice and dealt with her. she knew i was already a customer with prada and made no real effort to help me and made it really clear i should just give up and leave. i have never been so aggravated.
i also see some reviews mentioning how nice some of the other SAs are and i would caution that they are volatile.
if you are able to just go to the Rodeo Drive store donât be intimidated! they are always nice and helpful there.
