I would like to validate what so many are saying with one more review. I wanted to like this company but just can't. There has only been one time that they were nice and now it seems they were just using my pain to their advantage.
Going in to a store to take care of a product, a flawed one particularly, should not be this difficult. No problem ever seems to be their "fault." We had to go through the online route multiple times because a charm kept falling off. We even asked the in-store people multiple times to put it on so we could guarantee it was on correctly.
After so many problems and so many replacements (again, all via online customer service because stores will do nothing), they caved to replace it. They had told me they would, then backpedaled but seemed to be still obliging, telling me to pick out something different. After I did that, they then told me I would have to pay for "the difference." There was no "difference." Because I felt pressured and knew I couldn't deal with this company any longer, we cut our losses and paid the amount and headed out. For good.
I have no idea what the company is doing in training. But they give their workers absolutely no, zero, nada room to execute good customer service. Even the responses here show the lack of really listening and helping YOUR customer. Like so many others, we are done. đŽâđ¨

They were Not able to pull up my purchase history and said that were would need to come back in the store at another date to exchange the bracelet. We drove 30 min to get there and had to drive back in 5 o'clock traffic empty handed. There used to be a time and a place where customer service meant something and companies were willing to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Seems those times are gone or at least witth this company they are. The management lacks empathy and was unwilling to contact another store to verify the purchase was done. Its literally a cheapo bracelet.. exchange it and be done. They will make you wait in line even if you order online, they cannot fulfill anything in store until the end of the day, and everyone, including the manager/assistant manager are all unorganized. I waited in line outside of the store for 45 minutes to be told they arenât sure if they can even fulfill the order. Then I wait inside the store another 45 minutes, as directed by management, for assistance to then be told items that were purchased hours ahead of time cannot be fulfilled unless the order is completely cancelled and rebought in store. They trap you in the store by putting 30 people inside, and then they barricade you in with the pick-up online orders inside and they still do not assist you until its your time.
