What a great place to be a dog! The Puppy Playhouse is a Dog Care where dogs can have a nice time playing with other dogs while their humans are on vacation. Mark, the owner, knew we were looking for a rescue after recently losing our two fur babies. He told us he had a little Maltipoo that he took from a shelter that needed a home. We went to meet him and see if he was a fit. He told us the story of the dog and how long and hard he worked with him to rehabilitate him. We took a chance on him and OVERNIGHT he became part of our family. He’s a happy dog. We love him! Thank you Mark for your love and dedication to these sweet souls. They need a second chance. Love love LOVE Puppy Playhouse and so does our dog Ziggy! I take her here whenever I have work in the area and we've been coming since she was 6 months old. The owners and workers really seem to love working with the dogs and I especially get a kick out of the living room vibe of the playroom. They offer walks as extras along with their day care for a few extra bucks = so worth it. Newport Beach and Costa Mesa have a bunch of doggy day care options, the community lives for their pups. Your pets are like your children (especially for those of us that do not have human kiddos). So, when I moved from Massachusetts to California I was nervous about finding a new place for my Yorkie. Rest assured, Mark, and The Puppy Playhouse, are a perfect location for boarding, daycare, etc. My biggest concern was having my little guy sleep in a crate or room all alone (he is not crate trained).
