It really comes down to making excuses to not fix a mistake that's easily fixed, but this Manager has no common sense. Plus, from what I saw, in the little time I was dining in, the mistakes on orders through the drive through were constant. At least three in fifteen minutes. Apparently there was even one as I walked out of the dining room, as a car almost ran into me, backing out of their driveway, back into their parking lot, in haste. Got to wonder why...
The good news is it gave me a more objective view on their Grilled Cheese Deluxe Box. As there was nothing deluxe about it.
To begin with, they provide hardly any nacho cheese, for their nacho chips. Container was only a third full, so not even half way full.
There was barely a "thin scoop of a spoon of meat" for their Chalupa Supreme, so nothing even regular, let alone supreme, about it.
The quotes are what the manager told me is how they are told to make the Chalupa, when he tried to get me to pay even more, for what was hardly any meat, for just a little more meat.
The best part was when the Manager, said that is how their Supreme Chalupa is made, with "just a thin scoop of a spoon of meat", so admitting there was no mistake in the service, so wouldn't correct it.
In fact in order to correct it, he wanted to charge me again. Hell I would have even taken it on the side, when instead he should of tossed the one I had and made new one correctly.
Ever eata Chalupa shell WITHOUT the spicy seasoned ground Taco Bell meat?
Try it! Than tell me how much you like Chalupas. 😂
This was the Game Changer for me, that was the good news, because that was the eye opener. Why? Because it got me realizing what I was actually paying for, spices for taste in a filler with not any real substance.
I did however liked the Grilled...
Read moreI realize it’s just Taco Bell, but this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. EVERY TIME I have ordered there, whether in the drive-through or dine-in, my order has been wrong, the portions are absolutely pitiful, and the service is horrible. It’s almost like they are pinning tortillas to the wall, and throwing ingredients at them from the other side of the kitchen.
One visit I ordered a Burrito Supreme, and it would have been a rip-off if it had been from the $.99 menu. It was teeny, the tortilla was really hard and stale, and the lettuce inside was completely wilted. I couldn’t eat it. It had obviously been sitting in the kitchen for at least an hour or two.
There is zero work ethic and pride in what the crew is doing. They apparently don’t care at all about giving their customers good food, and service. I worked in food service for a long time, so I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is. They’re a bunch of kids, so I can only blame the management for not setting a good example.
I don’t like giving extremely negative reviews, but this place is bad. I’ve given this location numerous tries, hoping I just had a string of bad luck, but every time I’m disappointed. I’d rather drive to a TB miles away than go to this one, which is right down the street from my house. I will never go to this location again.
One star, only because I can’t go...
Read moreIt pains me to give a 1 star review but there were some serious issues going on at Taco Bell tonight. My family went in and between us all there were 3 groups who ordered separately. They messed up each order with missing items and items made incorrectly in each order. Two of the groups had to go up to get missing items and have other items made correctly. While waiting for the missing items we noticed 3 other people coming up to get their messed up orders corrected. After some time waiting we asked where the food was, they had forgotten to make it, so we waited some time again. We finally got everything fixed and were on our way home. Of course by the time we get back all of food was cold. And I checked to make sure we had gotten cheese for the nacho fries, but I should have opened them. I’m not kidding, a half teaspoon about in each container. Enough for 3 or 4 fries trying to make it last. I don’t know what was up with them tonight but it seemed like every order we saw take place and ours was screwed up in some way. And there didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency to correct whatever bigger problem was causing this, it was so bad I can only assume a bigger problem was causing it because I can’t understand how a team of employees could just screw up every single order. Sorry team at Taco Bell, you left a lot to be desired tonight. Good...
