Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

The customer service is HORRIBLE Don't get me wrong once in a while, here and there I'll get an employee who isn't bitter and hating but for the most part (especially the boys that work there) just have this attitude and horrible customer service and service in general. They definitely discriminate against homeless people and people who use ebt which is so wrong. I think people perceive people who get benefits from the government and on the street that they're all thee same and are Lazy and yes there are some that are a nightmare but a lot of them are actually hard working people especially because they have to do everything the hard way due to having nothing and lack there of.... Some literally have just horrible luck or don't have ANY FAMILY or help and are COMPLETELY on their own I mean everyone can use help when rebuilding or trying to at least or even just surviving alot of it is also lack of options... I anyways I could say alot more but the point is this location is not professional whatsoever and discriminate against homeless people struggling and that's just not right (trust me when I say the discrimination is...

Worst experience ever in my life, the worst and rudest manager that dose not know about hygiene and can not handle the seductions , I ordered a salad that came to me all saggy and had some white milky liquid inside, I asked to replace my salad he used his own filthy hands inside my salad grabbed the cheese squeezed it and said it’s just the cheese, he wanted to give me back the same salad that he put his hands on it or charge me for replacing that , and when I said I will report him as a worst manager he just garbed my salad trough that in the trash and he did not give me a new one or my money Back , I’m extremely upset and I contacted this branch owner to inform him of what had happened and he replied very rudely and he said he doesn’t care and have no time for customer complains and he said go ahead and sue us , it was unbelievable!!!! I will contact the cooperation and BBB and I will contact the TV stations to make a report about that and I’ve recorded everything...

Do not come to this Jack in the Box at night. Three separate times within the last two weeks, whoever is running the night shifts don’t take any orders, saying that the “system is resetting you will have to wait 10-20 minutes to order” at the drive thru and it’s always the same guy. The first time i’d let it slide, I get it it’s at a later time it would be a great time to fix/do whatever you need to do. Second time, the same response “the system is resetting you will have to wait 10 minutes to order” and the guy is literally sitting outside with his headset at the back door. The third time, there’s literally a car in front at the window that just made an order since they didn’t drive off, and by the time we get to order the same response “the system is resetting.” Now I don’t know if this is legit or the night staff just refusing to take orders but it happens way...
