I usually prefer not to post reviews for business services but I am making an exception because the owner of this business, Mr. Jesse Lehmann, is just starting out on his own and I want to see him and his company, Sonoma Computer Repair, succeed. I had a relatively serious issue with my computer system and, with some trepidation, I reached out to Sonoma Computer Repair and the aforementioned Mr. Lehmann. He was immediately responsive as I was able to easily set up an appointment that worked with my schedule. At the appointment itself, Mr. Lehmann was very professional and congenial as he listened to the background and issue regarding my computer system. Although I am not technically savvy, he asked good and relevant questions. Mr. Lehmann provided me with some very reasonable price points and time estimates and following our agreement, he started his work on addressing and correcting the issue. Without going into great detail, I have to say Mr. Lehmann far exceeded my expectations as he was able to fix the issue much sooner than even I expected and I was able to resume my work with minimal disruption. On a Friday not to long ago, I was in an absolute panic that the security on all of my electronic devices had been compromised and so I called Jesse at Sonoma Computer Repair and he came over the next day, on a Saturday no less, to help me. I could not be more pleased with his services. He was very patient with me as I am above a certain age and am not all that familiar with today’s technology. Jesse showed me what steps I should take in order to improve the security on my electronic devices and had me repeat those steps while he watched me.
