KFC — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

Honestly...."THE BEST" Drive thru & all around customer service at any Fast Food restaurant that I have ever had! Ever! The wonderful female employee who took my order at the drive thru, was not only pleasant but she helped me decide what I wanted to order, since I am indecisive but she also helped me by explaining how to order, so that I saved $. The gentleman who helped me at the Drive thru window was also very pleasant & hhelpful. I was so happy with the service, that I had to commend them for it, as soon as I drove up to the window to pay for my order. Keep up the great work. That's what "customer service" should be like everywhere & all the time. I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who took my order at the Drive thru that evening. I would call the corporate office to praise her work & try to get her a well deserved raise & promotion if possible. She did a great job. In fact they all did. Located within a strip mall area, 4 out of 6 parking spots were for mobile orders only. Not a single other customer inside or parked outside when I arrived. No associate at the counter or anywhere until I walked around and went looking for someone who was in the back of the kitchen area, only 1 staff member working in this location when I came to visit.

I ordered on the app before starting to head over after the time the app said it was finished, but when I arrived the staff members did not know I even ordered anything until she looked on her screen.

Food was was actually pretty good. Chicken was crispy and hot, fries were hot as well, and the biscuit was soft . The associate prepared the order quickly and I was out the door...

I have not been here for about a year cuz things were bad The chicken was being thawed on site sometimes cookware stove frozen. This was the first time back everything was great also found out they did fish fillet sandwich so I had to try and oh my God was I amazed The best fish fillet sandwich I have had beats out everyone else Burger King McDonald's Jack in the box thin crust crispy really really good You have to wait about 7 minutes for you but that means it's fresh worth the wait.
