If I could give negative stars, I would. This was the absolute worst experience purchasing a mattress. After six months and four different mattresses, we still never received the mattress we bought. Save yourself the sleepless nights and enormous headache of dealing with Alethia, the lying and deceptive owner, and go elsewhere. She promised our king bed would arrive from the factory in 7-10 days. We waited over 2 months. The second mattress they tried to pass off on us was a used disgusting old recovered one. Honestly, beds at a seedy motel 6 would be an improvement from what we received from this company. Not to mention, they were well over 2 hours late with the delivery. I left work early and lost out on significant money to be home to meet the delivery truck. And then I waited. And waited. And waited. And then they left a warped box spring that was falling apart and a gross used mattress. I have never slept so poorly or arisen so stiff and sore. My back remains in agony after these last 6 months of being jerked around and lied to. Please, do yourselves a favor and find a reputable company for your sleeping needs. Oh, I suppose I should thank this derelict company for refunding our money for a mattress that we never received. Thank you. Also, thank you for the "loaner" mattress. Silly us, silly customers. We thought it was only a week we would be sleeping on a sub-par queen instead of the king we purchased, but it was actually 8 weeks. Blame it on the pandemic, or the natural disasters, bottom line is that you knew it wasn't just going to take a week to get our mattress, but you lied about. I am quite sympathetic to the challenges that COVID-19 has created, I'm just not sympathetic to liars. After waiting 8 weeks, the mattress delivered was in fact a gross old used mattress that had dips and sink holes within one night of attempting to sleep on it. Did i mention the broken frame they attempted to pass off on us too? Cracked and damaged, squeaky and warped. But, I know, covid makes it impossible to get anything new or undamaged anymore. The mattress to replace that one was no better. Also used, smelly, with massive sink holes, and divets. The one to replace that one was supposed to be "our" mattress, the firm king mattress we had purchased 6 months ago. It wasn't. But thank you so much for refunding our money! We really do...

Since the moment my boyfriend and I stepped in, the customer service was amazing.. I forget her name but our guide that helped us with our Queen size bed purchase. Smiles and full of all the answer to our questions.. My bed was delivered a week later and the two boys arrived, they were very professional and polite.. The came in set up my bed quick and they were gone... The one thing I had somewhat of an issue with is that we were told the time of purchase that the mattress cover would be thrown in with our mattress and bed spring purchase. Later we were reviewing our receipt and seen that we were in fact charged 35$ for it . And the quality of the mattress cover isn't what...

After shopping on line, I realized that all the mattresses available online were hard to judge by eyesight alone. I went o the new America’s Mattress store in the Fry’s plaza and was surprised how modern and updated the store is. Loved the fact that they had dozens of beds on display. After asking me a number of questions the saleslady suggested the type of bed that would suit me and took me through the options they had.
