We found ourselves in Cottonwood on a road trip through Arizona... My wife and I are huge fans of the oddities stores of the world, and this one's a winner. The paint job outside alone proves how much the owners care about their curated collection. Inside, we found a spirited mix of the old and the new, with a surprisingly heavy dose of word art (not a bad thing; while I personally prefer less optimistic poetry, the short lines typewritten on small chunks of paper were VERY cool to see in the wild). Read moreI had an amazing time visiting the little strip of shops in the CottonWood area, and by far the "Cats Meow' was the most unique shop in the area !! I visited the other shops but the one thing I noticed was that The Cats Meow was the shop to be at, not to mention...the customer service at the shop was OUT STANDING !!! John the attendant at the shop was exceptionally courteous and very helpful he sure made us feel at home, even though the shop was very busy he always had time for our questions and always had a smile.....Very friendly atmosphere.
