Taco Bell — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

I was appalled by the display put on by the manager and employees. We had little kids in the lobby and they were talking about drug use, sex, and using an obscene amount of profanity. They screaming all of these things and everyone could hear. When I complained to the manager, with her blonde hair and black lipstick she replied with oh yea sure we can tone it down! She was one of the ones talking like this. Another family complained and they refused to give him or myself a number to call. Ashley the cashier was very polite and friendly and even came around with free taco coupons, not that it helped too much. When we walked outside there was an employee sitting right beside the door smoking blowing his smoke directly at us. This was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered and will not be back at this location. The way the situation was handled was ridiculous and the fact that they were discussing all of this with myself there was enough to make me want to scream let alone small children. If I could give this location lower than one star I would. The only employee that was capable of doing her job and being respectful was Ashley, who was also made to take care of the front counter and the drive thru while the other 5 people yelled about their drug and sex life. Well as often as I come to this location, today will be my last. Today every table in this place were dirty. I had to wait 5 mins for somone to scrub the dried cheese and what nots off. Then my food was trash. First they made it wrong, waited 5-10 mins at counter for someone to acknowledge me to remake it then they remade it wrong again! I give up! My bellgrandae was way to salty and rolled chicken tacos were to hard to chew like rocks. The only thing edible was the side taco. Not to mention there was a couple that came in twacked out of their minds making a scene pushing people aside. While waiting for their food. the guys old lady had her face buried in his genital area. Infront of kids, God and everyone! at a booth table. The manager of this establishment should be ashamed of herself tarnishing taco bells rep by providing sub par quality of food and service. So my advice, go to maddison ave location if you're after taco bell in council bluffs. West Broadway and manawa locations need...

Well for starters I do food reviews all the time here. Every time I come in they have food all over the place and there's never any clean tables. They consistently hire elderly people and they always mess up my order and others. The staff takes breaks In the public parking lot and smoke cigarettes right out front the main door. Today Nov 5 2023 4:21 I was banned and bared for always coming in cussing and being disruptive which is false. If their cameras are on in the lobby, you can see me clear as day calm and relaxed hanging with my spouse. I was told to leave and he embarrassed me in front of the entire staff and yelled at me. The manager that did looked shady he had ankle monitor on al and a lot of tattoos. He was suppose to me give me my order but gave me 2 burritos instead.
