Had the best experience ever at this IHOP today! Been to a lot of IHOPs over the years, but this one was different in the best way. From the second we walked in, everyone was super nice, welcoming, and on top of everything. Service was crazy good.

First off, the place looks different than any IHOP I’ve been to. Since it’s new, it’s got a whole new look inside—not the same old colors I’ve seen for the last 20+ years. That alone was an experience! Super fresh and modern, made the whole vibe better. Plus, the location is great, lots of windows and sunlight pouring in. Perfect weather too, light sweater type of day, which just made everything feel even better.

But let me tell ya—our server, Kaylee, was AWESOME. Super outgoing, friendly, and just had a great energy. She made sure we had everything we needed and was just overall great at her job. You can tell she actually cares about making people feel welcome. Big shoutout to her, she made the experience even better.

Food came out quick, hot, and exactly how we ordered it. No mistakes, no issues, just good food and great service. You can tell they actually care about this location and the people working here are on top of their game.

I recently visited IHOP and, unfortunately, it was not a great experience, despite the excellent service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal, which I truly appreciated. However, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the classic pancake stack, but the pancakes were dry and bland. They lacked the fluffy, moist texture I was hoping for and seemed overcooked. To make matters worse, the syrup provided tasted overly artificial and didn’t complement the pancakes well at all.

I also tried a breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, and hash browns. The eggs were underwhelming, overcooked with no seasoning, and the bacon was too crispy and lacked flavor. The hash browns were soggy and greasy, which was disappointing considering how simple of a dish it is.

While the service was friendly and prompt, the food was a major letdown. For a place known for breakfast, I expected much better quality and taste. Unfortunately, I left feeling dissatisfied, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon, especially when there are other breakfast spots that offer better food for...

First, our server was amazing!!! Everything else, slightly off. The food actually wasn't too bad. There's a thing or two that needs some tweaking but they're new, this can be improved. The MANAGER however, unless you get rid of her, yikes, downhill quickly. You don't shove menus into a server's chest, without even giving them a glance and say "SEAT YOURSELF". I was FLOORED! I think the server was as taken aback as well. She politely, but clearly very surprised, asked "I'm sorry?" The manager looked at her and one condescending word at a time, with a pause in between, fingers clenched together pointing at her said "GO" "SEEEAAT" "YOOUURERSEEEELF". We didn't leave as I fully intended to make sure our server got something that was gonna make the day bearable. Especially if that's how she got to walk in the door. Everyone has bad days but we're responsible for how we treat other people. How she treated her was disgusting. We'll see in a year where things are at. I'm sure it will be much improved in...
