I rarely write negative reviews, and before writing this I wanted to have a multiple experiences before making my post, because you never know if one experience is a fluke. That being said, I have successfully shopped here once. Before I came, I called to ask a question. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful in telling me what the store sells and what I could expect to find. Upon visiting I did discover the store doesn’t have shopping carts. If that’s your business model, fine, that’s your choice but just know it affects the shopper’s experience negatively—at least, this shopper with 2 kids and no extra hands to carry my purchase. The store charges $2 to run a credit/debit card. Again, inconvenient but fine, I can plan to bring cash next time. The prices are decent. I planned ahead for my second visit here (returning to purchase the items that had cost more than my cash-on-hand the first visit) and had someone watch the kids so I could come alone. 30 minutes to closing and the store was closed. A third trip today to the store (it’s Saturday, it won’t close randomly again, right?) was yet again fruitless as the store was closed, this time with a sign taped on the door reading “Closed Early - hope you come back and visit.” I won’t, sadly, as so much time has already been wasted attempting to. I write this review unaware if the store posted to a social media page or something stating new hours or something like that. Even so, in MY personal experience it’s an annoying toss-up coming here and I’m...
Read moreI've sold at the store more often than purchased because my kids are no longer small. Earlier experiences were alright, but the last time I was in I feel I didn't get good service and I don't think I'll be back. I brought in a good selection of items to sell. One of the items had sentimental value and I was struggling with whether or not to sell it. A second item was of some use to me if I couldn't get a certain price for it. They made a pile of the items they wanted(which included those 2 items) and offered me a price. I asked what they would give me if I kept those items and the husband responded with, "I don't really like to do it that way." The wife went on to say that one of those 2 items wasn't very valuable to them and couldn't be sold for much. But again, they weren't willing to give me a second price without that item/those items. It was all or nothing. I just feel the service could have been better. Most of their items are clean and in good condition, and the prices of items for sale, as well as items purchased does tend to be fair,...
Read moreI really enjoy this shop. The clothes are great but your employee Kelsey is HORRIBLE and disrespectful. I called on the phone and she seemed irritated to answer my questions. When I got to the shop I walked in and greeted her (should have been the other way around) she was dismissive and didn’t even smile. She seemed bothered that I said hello like she didn’t have a second to greet a customer. When we went to check out she didn’t say a word. Most cashiers will tell you the total but she just stood there looking irritated. No one is forcing this woman to have this job. Being in a public setting dealing with mostly mothers getting their little ones clothes, customer service etiquette is essential. If I ever shop here again, I will not come back until a new employee is hired. Reading reviews I see this is not the first time people had a bad experience...
