Subway — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

At 5:45pm, about, we came into subway to get a hoagie after shopping after work. We had 18 minutes on our Uber so we had time to order a sub. We saw a paper that said "Be back in 10 mins". That'd be enough time, who knows how long ago they had left and it'd fit in time with our Uber.

Well, after waiting 15 minutes, there still was no one at the counter. During that 15 minutes 5 other customers came and went, and as 3 more entered as I wa leaving to wait for my Uber, I told them good luck, because I've been waiting for 15 and that signs been sitting there before I even got there.

That's a potential 10 subs (including what i was going to get) that I saw co e and go that could have been ordered. Who knows how many more before and after. That's a minimum of roughly ~$100 they did not get that i witnessed.

Absolutely terrible. I dont often stop at a subway, but i always shop at this walmart. This will be the last time...

I ordered online for the first time. Everything went smooth until we got our sandwiches home. My husband and I each ordered a sandwich and the toppings were reversed. We did not eat them and held onto them until the evening because we both had to get back to work. Tried calling for several hours and no one would answer the phone. So we go in later, the employee remade the sandwiches. We added 2 drinks and a bag of chips since we were just eating there. Paid full price for that. I understand that he remade the sandwiches, but its frustrating that there was no apology for the inconvenience or anything else. When I mentioned to him that we have been trying to call, he said that the phone is broken and they are waiting for the boss to fix it (WTF?!) I will not be eating at this...

Ordered online 11-15, ordered 3 sandwich's and all 3 were messed up. They didn't put anything but meat on one of them even though we ordered it with veggies and mayo, the other 2 were loaded with buffalo sauce even though we didn't order them that wait! Tried calling 8 times since then and even sent in a review online through subways website and still no contact. If you cant even make sandwich's right what's the point in staying open??? Don't waste your time or money at this location. Jimmy Johns is right down the street and is way better quality...
