Hobby Lobby — Local services in Council Bluffs

Fake Sales?! Is this a real thing? They post signs that say 40%, 60%, etc off a type of item or from a certain brand. But upon gdtting to the register, they say that the price is on the item saying "Your Price $4.99" or whatever. But that is literally part of the packaging. Not some sticker that they put on. Meanwhile a large sign right next to the item says that it should be 50% off. There is no other price on or around the item, so you assume it should appx $2.50 right? No. I've never heard of this before. This was not a single item but most of the items I had grabbed. Such a shame that such a store has to go to such lengths to steal from...

Great store Organize great display looks good but need to take a little more ownership in your restrooms they were absolutely disgusting I was afraid to use it. It looked like it haven't been cleaned in sometime down the front of toilet and on the floor around the toilet was unbelievable for such a nice store . The rest of the store was good so why not your public restrooms. You can tell a lot about a place with the cleanliness of there restroom's I wanted to get a rag and start cleaning. I have been in housekeeping over 40 years if you need someone to show you how to clean a restroom...

The store is Great , customer service is so poor i give them zero stars , multiple staff walking around up front doing nothing! a man dont know what his position is but they need to get rid of him doing nothing! 5 pm. 10 people waiting in line about 20 minutes. Cashier had a problem was waiting for help , people kept coming standing in line, a women camelooking for help with a book stand she wanted to purchase in the front entry way he told her she would have to wait 15 minutes for someone else to help her for carry out thats just wrong almost lost my $60 purchase... avoid...
