My husband likes to have a steak sandwich or a pastrami occasionally, and I enjoy the fried zucchini. When we first started going there we were always given two little containers of ranch dressing for the zucchini which was enough for dipping. Last night I went to get the zucchini, got home and found that they had only given me one container of ranch dressing, so I called to, yes, complain. The gal who answered their phone told me that the "owner" says to give each customer only one. Now, one container is only enough dipping sauce for half an order of the zucchini, why would anyone be so cheap/stingy? Starving after fasting for blood work and this place was nearby so I stopped to try a breakfast combo burrito. Fist bite in the car was meh, but once you added the salsa, it was the difference maker. I just wish I had extra salsa, it was that good. Not spicy, just tasty.

The real star of the show was the biscuits and gravy. For $5, you get a whole container full of biscuits and gravy. Really just four halves of biscuits, topped with gravy, but the gravy was really really tasty. The gravy even had a spicy kick to it which I really liked.

Pro tips: get the biscuits and gravy and ask for extra salsa!!!! I did, but only got one. Ask for two or three!!!

Our new favorite everything spot, this is a nice spot indoor and outdoor , the people are really nice the food better than you think. Haven't had the salads , but they look amazing, this weekend I had the menudo ( weekends only) and yes it has hominy. And yes it's good. Juice is a little on the thick side , but great flavor. Way better than two Mexican restaurants that I frequent, so that tells you something. The 2 2 2 combo is great for pancakes and eggs and bacon. Went to the cemetery with the family and after this was great for everyone to join .
