My payment is set up to be biweekly. I have never been late or had any issues. This is my first time renting through this company. My third party bank card got stolen 2 days prior to my payment being due. Called in to inform the representatives about the issue and that the bank was issuing me another card which would take 7-10 business days. Let them representatives knew I would pay my biweekly payment or a late charge if needed when the card comes next week. Instead the representatives informed me that my payment would automatically change to a monthly payment which is higher than my normal & I let them know I was unable to pay that payment due to my account being set up that way for other bills. Representatives informed me thereâs nothing they could do to keep it on a biweekly payment & I would need to may the monthly or they would pick up my items. Representative also showed no sense of concern and stated firmly it had to be paid or else. I think this is very disappointing and disrespectful of the company brand due to the fact that itâs not my fault my card was stolen & they are forcing me to give them a huger payment I wouldnât have. The company should set up fees for purposes as this like late charges in place! Customer shouldnât be obligated to pay a monthly rate from biweekly due to their card being stolen. If I had a regular bank card it would be different but I bank through a third party bank and canât pull money out. Overall, the experience on the phone was disappointing. The company...

   Read moreI have been dealing with Aaron's for about 3yrs, but part of last year and all of this year has been an hassle. They are No longer understanding. When I first walked into Aaron's those years back it was so welcoming made me want to keep shopping with them because they made options convenient for you and worked with your pay day, so I continued to shop with them. I have a washer, dryer, and tv I have paid off on time. The people in the store now has No concern for your stability nor care about your pay day they just tell you "No" now, sad but true. Still have a furniture set to pay off and I will be glad when I'm done because the store in Covington,Ga. off of 278 is not the same!!! Really wanted that kitchen set...
